What security features does this location offer?
This facility is equipped with computer-controlled access to the building and storage area and motion sensitive digitally recorded video cameras throughout the facility.
How wide are storage unit doors?
There are two standard storage unit doors, the swing door and the roll-up door. Most of the smaller units鈥攕uch as lockers that range from 5鈥 x 5鈥 to 5鈥 x 10鈥欌攚ill have either swing doors or roll-up doors, which both have about a 3-foot opening. For larger units鈥攕uch as 10鈥 x 10鈥, 10鈥 x 15鈥, 10鈥 x 20鈥, and bigger鈥攖hey will have roll-up doors that have about an 8-foot opening.
Do storage units have electrical outlets?
Storage units are not built with electrical outlets, but that doesn鈥檛 mean one can鈥檛 be added based on your needs. After you pay for installing the outlet, electricity can be provided to your storage space for a small monthly fee. Just remember, storage spaces are for storing items, not for conducting work or business out of. Please contact our store team for more information.
How tall are storage units?
Our walk-in storage spaces are about 8-feet tall, with the door opening about 6.5-feet high. If available, locker storage units are approximately 4-feet tall with the door opening about 2.5 鈥 3-feet high.
Why is a climate-controlled storage unit important?
All our storage spaces inside the main building are air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. They are designed to store your climate-sensitive household items, such as documents, leather goods (like furniture or clothing), antique wooden objects, family photos, and sensitive electronics. The weather outside will not affect your items, because the temperature inside the building is controlled.
